Our Story 

Frank Favuzza founded Minuteman Tile & Marble in 1970 after emigrating from Italy. Bringing with him invaluable experience from Europe’s tile industry, he began to receive contracts for sophisticated and unique tiling projects that allowed his craftsmanship and quality to shine through. His first years’ successful contracts and projects paved the road forward for his son, Frank Jr., to pick up and continue in his father’s footsteps.

From a young age, Frank Jr. was introduced to the art of tiling. Between school vacations and summer breaks, he learned first-hand the importance of integrity, hard-work and what it takes to deliver a quality product. After graduating from Providence College in 2009, he began to take a more central role in the company.

The tile industry has evolved immensely since Frank Sr. started the business in 1970. Advancements in installation techniques, equipment and products have allowed Frank Jr. to not only build upon the skills he learned from his father but provide clients with more and more innovative tiling and marble concepts. Today, Frank Jr. is the owner and operator of Minuteman Tile & Marble where he collaborates with homeowners, builders, architects and designers across the Commonwealth.
